Froom Seed To Spoon App Redesign
Project Objective
The objective of this project was to redesign an icon and an App that needs improvement using the UX process and strategies of creating a functional app design. This project allowed me to develop the ability to problem-solve areas of usability and visual weaknesses, as well as functionality and aesthetics improvement.

About the App and the Users
The main goal of the App is to help people grow their own food, live healthier lives, eat more nutritious foods and save money on groceries. A research was made to identify the users needs, target market and personas. Following that a Mind Map and Mood Board was created to deeply understand the user's needs.

Solutions
The first solution was to minimize the number of components in the navigation focusing in the main user's needs. The articles and videos were removed and added to the hamburger menu on top of the app. Another main change was the tone and style of the app. The palette color was changed for a monochromatic green palette and the organization, icons was added to increase the usability and visibility of the app and a white background was included in the prototype to bring more contrast and readability.
